Building decks

Changing a deck you have

Ask questions about an existing deck, then restyle, rewrite or rebuild parts of it.

You do not have to start from nothing. An assistant with the connection turned on can read a deck you already have, tell you what is in it, and change the parts you point at.

Ask before you change

Reading is free and fast. If you are not sure where a problem is, ask for a read of the deck before you ask for an edit.

Read through this deck and tell me which slides are making an argument and which ones are just presenting data.
Slides 4 to 9 are too dense. Cut each one to a single point with supporting evidence underneath, and keep the existing headlines where they still work.

Changes apply together

A batch of edits either all applies or none of it does. You will not end up with a half-changed slide because one instruction in a list was impossible.
